We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered or received, we'll exchange it, credit your account or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If an item on your order is marked “backorded” the entire order will be held until all items return to stock. If you would like us to split the order and ship the items sepeartely you can request we do that by emailing us at email@example.com. We make every attempt to provide you the most accurate date of shipment for backordered items yet sometimes receipt of these items are delayed. If the items are going to be substantially delayed we will email you with an updated anticipated shipping date. If an item is out of stock and that information was not provided to you on the website, we will email you with additional information on availability.
Shipping charges will vary based on the weight of your package and your location.
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground and generally will arrive in 3-5 business days. Occasionally items ordered at the same time are shipped separately. Please allow up to 72 hours to fulfill your order.
For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service. Express orders are given top priority and we will expedite the order when possible yet we still require the 1-2 business days for processing and shipping.
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Should you need to return an item, simply follow these two steps:
1. Call our Customer Support Department at 888-845-4846. We will ask for the invoice number and date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return, and provide you with a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization is only valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
2. Return item in original package and original condition. Shipping information will be provided at the time the Return Authorization Number is issued. You must have a Return Authorization Number to return an item. Shipping charges are at the expenses of shipper.
All merchandise returns are subject to inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns over 30 days from date of purchase. Products are not returnable beyond 60 days from the date of purchase. Special order items are not returnable. We will replace or repair defective items based on manufacturer's policy.
